I'd like to start this page by giving a humungous amount of gratitude to Fredrik Clerkestam, the director of Krigsflygfält 16, who provided nothing but an amazing experience, fantastic hospitality, and opportunities galore on this trip. His personal invitation and accommodations to attend Flygfält 16 were incredibly generous and deserve my utmost gratitude. His passion for both sharing, preserving, and educating history to people is nothing but commendable and I see much of my passion in his own passion, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt in my element. He also made sure to provide me with opportunities to get behind-the-scenes tours of both Flygvapenmuseum and Armémuseum, which would have been very difficult to achieve otherwise.
